Friday, Saturday & Sunday
from 10am to 5pm
Market seller participation is open to our members.
Market Rules
Dear RHP Artists, please make sure you read and are aware of the MARKET RULES, before you sign up. This will help ensure a smooth running show along with loads of fun and sales.
Space Assignments As in the past, space assignments are made on receipt date of completed registration and payment, and ability to meet your location request. We always attempt to accommodate everyone’s location preference. (Past location does not guarantee future location.)
No Space Encroachment Due to the popularity of the markets, we cannot allow any encroachment of your displays outside of the space area you have purchased.
Canopy/Tent Spaces This year we will have five 10’x10’ canopy/tent spaces available outside the gate. These can be shared by up to 3 artists, and artists must provide their own canopies/tents. Three spaces are on dirt and two have large tables that cannot be moved. Two spaces are on brick and must allow for patrons to pass through to the studio and other RHP artists’ tables. NO CANOPIES WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY OTHER SPACES.
Market Work Shifts All participating artists who work a minimum of three (3) shifts during the show will retain 75% of their sales, with 25% going to RHP. You must work all three shifts in order to receive this percentage. Work shift schedules are posted at RHP and are first come, first serve. If you cannot physically make it to the studio, just give us a call, and we’ll sign you up!
Absentee Artists You can participate in the show without working shifts! If you wish to show/sell but cannot work all three shifts, we will watch your space, replenish your work, ensure your display is beautiful during the show, and take precautions after the show so your work is as safe as possible. In this case artists will retain 60% of their sales, with 40% going to RHP. This includes any artist that is not able to work a minimum of three shifts during the show.
Banners or Signage We are representing RHP as a collective of local artists, and we will have nameplates at each space. You may display business cards, and individual business banners or signage for an artist’s own studio will be allowed this year with prior approval from them RHP market chairs.
